Roustam Kharisov
Founder and Leader
Roustam is the Founder and Cornerstone of West East!
Whilst the fund has been active since 2017, it was in February of 2022 that Roustam gave up his business and dedicated himself fully to helping others affected by the invasion of his homeland.
Roustam supported by a small group of international and Ukrainian friends, has, since 2022 made over 160 round trips (3000km+ each time), from Lviv in the west of Ukraine to the frontlines in the east, every week without fail.
During that time, Roustam has driven over 500,000 kilometres in all seasons, facing danger, without concern for his own safety and always with a positive attitude due to his heartfelt desire to help others who cannot help themselves through no fault of their own.
Our supporting Volunteers work behind the scenes to keep Roustam on the road including funding from their own resources all of the activities of the West East Foundation themselves.
With YOUR help no matter how small a donation you are able to make we can keep Roustam on the road and thanks to his selfless, inspirational leadership the gratitude of those that he is able to help each week will extend to you as part of our Team!

Grand Chief Ronald M. Derrickson
Canadian Indigenous Businessman, Philanthropist and Prolific Author with close ties to Ukraine has supported Roustam and West East since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Ron provides constant support to West East to keep deliveries of vital supplies moving through West East to the furthest reaches of Ukraine, helping the young, elderly and sick with critical support.
Richard G. Spinks
Richard has been supporting Roustam and West East since 2022 alongside Ron Derrickson and is the key contact person for those who wish to make donations to the Foundation, travel to Ukraine to visit us or even on occasion arrange for our Supporters to ride along with Roustam to witness first-hand what we do.
